Package Includes 5 Audio Recordings
These vibrational hugs consist of pieces of music that I composed, infused with the energy of the title. They are not conventional pieces, but energy transmissions in the form of music. I recommend that you not listen to them in the conventional sense: allow them to wash over you, seep into you, move you, and transform you.
Taste whichever vibrational hug calls to you in this moment. Everyone receives what they require.
Disclaimer: Not everyone can receive every vibrational hug in a particular moment. If a hug feels uncomfortable for your nervous system now, please turn the recording off. But because you and the hugs are new in every moment, feel free to taste it again later.
Grok
The verb “to grok” originated in Robert Heinlein’s science fiction book Stranger in a Strange Land (1961). The word is Martian, meaning “to drink,” both literally and figuratively. When you drink something figuratively, it becomes you and you become it. This vibrational hug is designed to help you grok your life.
Receive
To “receive” something, in the sense in which I use the word, is to see it, hear it, acknowledge it, and appreciate it, without judgement or a sense of competition. This vibrational hug is designed to help you be received completely, to receive others completely, and to receive yourself completely.
Bodymelt
This vibrational hug is designed to give you the physical sense of making love with the universe. The piece is written for a quartet of saxophones. As I was composing, the beginnings of pieces by the jazz alto saxophonist Charlie Parker, and one by the jazz pianist Thelonious Monk, came into my mind and were incorporated into the piece—a kind of “sampling.” Making love can be fun and funny as well as ecstatic.
Angel Wings
Feel the wings of an angel surrounding you, supporting you, caressing you, healing you, receiving you. You grok?
Instant Har-Money
Feel money as a presence in your life, supporting you and being supported by you, receiving you and being received (in both senses) by you, flowing through you and through everyone with whom you come into contact. Yes, money loves puns, too.
